Marta sits in our Amsterdam office and specialises in placing lawyers and legal professionals into law firms and in-house legal teams. She collaborates with qualified lawyers as well as compliance professionals. Marta joined Taylor Root to help the team continue to grow the brand in the local market.

Marta started her career in recruitment in 2013 at Hays Poland. For almost five years she grew the HR and legal recruitment offering, successfully placing candidates into a wide range of roles such as HR Manager, HR Director, Head of Legal, General Counsel, Tax Manager and many more. In 2019 she joined the talent acquisition team at Booking.com where she focused on tech roles covering machine learning, data and mobile related positions.
