Trial Attorney
Key Responsibilities
- Handle all aspects of personal injury litigation, from initial intake through trial and/or settlement
- Develop case strategies, conduct depositions, and manage discovery
- Represent clients in court proceedings, mediations, and arbitrations
- Collaborate with support staff, paralegals, and fellow attorneys to ensure efficient case handling
- Negotiate settlements and draft legal documents, including complaints, motions, and trial briefs
- Maintain detailed records and ensure compliance with legal and ethical standards
Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
- Active membership in the Pennsylvania Bar
- 5-10 years of trial/litigation experience in personal injury or related fields
- Proven courtroom experience, including jury trials
- Strong negotiation and case valuation skills
- Excellent written and oral communication abilities
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, client-focused environment
