Are you a UK-qualified solicitor with 3 to 6 years of PQE gained within financial services regulation seeking an exciting opportunity? Our client, a highly-regarded international law firm is seeking an individual like you to join their growing Financial Services Regulation & FinTech practice in London. As an Associate, you will focus on a range of FinTech regulatory matters, advising top-tier technology clients on the implications of financial services regulations.

The Role

As a Financial Services Regulation Solicitor, you will have the opportunity to work alongside experienced lawyers with significant expertise in financial services and technology. Your responsibilities will include advising on FinTech regulatory matters such as crypto assets, artificial intelligence, and new payment models. Additionally, you will have exposure to consumer finance, banking regulations, and wider financial services advisory matters.

Key Skills and Experience

  • Demonstrable interest and exposure to financial services regulatory and/or FinTech matters, preferably in private practice.
  • First-rate technical and analytical skills, supported by strong academic credentials.
  • Enthusiasm to contribute to the development of a leading financial services regulation FinTech practice.
  • Excellent client handling skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
