Risk and Compliance / Co-Sec Assistant

Full-Time, Permanent | 4 Days in the Office (London)

Salary: : £50,000 – £55,000 per annum, depending on experience

A well-established organisation is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Risk and Compliance / Co-Sec Assistant to join its team on a full-time, permanent basis. This is a great opportunity for someone with a strong administrative background who enjoys working in a structured, compliance-focused environment.

About the Role:

This position supports the Risk, Compliance, and Company Secretariat functions, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and adherence to regulatory standards. It’s ideal for someone who thrives in an administrative role and is not seeking to pursue a legal career path.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support across compliance and co-sec activities
  • Assist with document management, filing, and record-keeping
  • Support the preparation of reports, meeting packs, and regulatory submissions
  • Maintain compliance registers and monitor deadlines
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure timely completion of compliance tasks

What We’re Looking For:

  • Previous experience in a compliance or company secretarial support role (or similar admin function)
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Comfortable working with policies, procedures, and regulatory documentation
  • A team player with a proactive attitude
  • Not seeking progression into a legal career-this role is focused on administration and operational support

Working Pattern:

  • Full-time, permanent
  • 4 days per week in our London office

Salary: £50,000 – £55,000 per annum
