Residential Property Paralegal (Chinese Speaking) – West End Law Firm – London
Taylor Root have been instructed on a new Paralegal position with our client, a law firm based in the West End. The firm are looking for an experienced Paralegal to join their leading Residential Property team in London.
The Firm
Our client is a full-service international law firm headquartered in the heart of London’s West End. They have particular expertise in real estate, corporate, family and employment.
The Team
The firm’s real estate team advise on all of residential and commercial real estate, including buying and selling property as well as leasehold, development, planning, construction, enfranchisement, and landlord and tenant related matters. They routinely act for buyers and sellers of UK residential and investment property and represent international clients purchasing UK property.
The Role
If successful, you will be assisting the firms Residential Team on various tasks including, file opening, raising invoice, apply for searches, post completion formalities, filing SDLT returns and land registry applications. As you will be working with clients in China and Hong Kong, this role will require to be fluent in Mandarin or Cantonese.
