The Opportunity

A leading mid-tier firm is seeking a lawyer to lead its legal knowledge function. This newly created role focuses on developing and managing high-quality precedents, templates, and know-how resources that support consistent and efficient legal practice.

You’ll work closely with legal teams to define knowledge priorities, improve content governance, and embed best practices in drafting and communication. The role also involves leveraging technology to enhance accessibility and automation of legal content.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create and maintain core legal documents and practice resources
  • Establish firm-wide drafting standards and style
  • Collaborate with lawyers to identify content needs and gaps
  • Lead knowledge projects including taxonomy and process improvements
  • Advise on drafting best practices and knowledge-sharing strategies
  • Ensure content accuracy and compliance with legal standards
  • Partner with internal teams to support tech-enabled content delivery

About You

You’re a qualified lawyer with:

  • Experience in legal drafting and content development
  • Strong attention to detail and communication skills
  • A collaborative mindset and project management capability
  • Familiarity with legal tech and content systems (preferred)
