Legal Counsel – Aviation/Asset Finance – Dublin

The day to day operational matters involve a broad range of work including review of lessee requests, drafting lease amendments, advising on existing transaction documents, on deliveries and redeliveries, loan amendments, term sheet preparation for the sale, purchase, lease and/or finance of aircraft, approval of confidentiality agreements, review of insurances and letter of credit arrangements, etc.

The ideal candidate will have at least 1yrs PQE with broad range of transactional asset/aviation finance experience.
