Legal Counsel
A fast-growing leading independent provider of hospitals and healthcare services is seeking a legal counsel to join their team.
About the role:
Reporting to the General Counsel. The successful candidate will provide high-quality legal advice, aligned to one or more operational divisions. You will advise the business across a wide range of matters including in commercial and corporate issues. As a strategic business partner, you will support the operational functions and business generally to achieve its strategic priorities and be integral to the delivery of its objectives.
About you:
The successful candidate will have at least 2 PQE. Ideally you will have experience of working in an in-house environment. You will adopt a hands-on approach to legal work and comfortable working across multiple areas of law. This role would suit someone who is tenacious, hard-working and who thrives in a complex environment.
