Finance Paralegal – US Law Firm – London.
Taylor Root have partnered with a leading multinational US law firm, in their search for an experienced Paralegal to join the firms leading Finance Team in London. This will be offered on a permanent basis.
The Firm
A firm with over 800 Lawyers globally, the firm has a history of success practicing in corporate & commercial, asset management, banking, litigation, private equity and real estate. The firm where one of the first to open their doors in London and have since established themselves as a stalwart in the city, being highly attractive to candidates at all levels.
The Team
If successful, you will be joining the wider Finance Team where you will have a focus on leveraged finance transactions. The team act for clients across a wide range of financial markets, including cross border situations. The Leveraged Finance team have significant experience advising borrowers, lenders, issuers, equity investors, sponsors in all capital structure layers such as senior lending, mezzanine finance, high yield, securitisation, and structured finance.
The Ideal Candidate
Our client is keen to see CV’s from experienced Finance Paralegal’s from other leading US or leading UK city law firms. Leveraged finance experience is not a requirement (desirable), however you must have experience working in another area of finance e.g. general finance, structured or acquisition, REF, or fund finance.
