Employment Solicitor
Our client, a leading international City law firm is seeking an associate to join their highly ranked Employment team that is known for its excellence in handling complex matters across the full spectrum of employment law.
This is a 6-month fixed-term opportunity that offers exposure to premium work, a collaborative team culture, and the chance to work with blue-chip clients on matters that make headlines.
The role:
You’ll be stepping into a team that advises on everything from:
- Senior exits and team moves
- High Court litigation and tribunal claims
- TUPE, redundancy, and change programmes
- Bonus disputes, restrictive covenants, and investigations
- Cross-departmental support on M&A, IPOs, outsourcings, and GDPR
Expect a healthy mix of contentious, advisory, and transactional work, with plenty of client contact and the chance to take ownership of matters from day one.
The successful individual:
- A qualified solicitor with 4+ years’ PQE in employment law
- Strong experience across both advisory and contentious matters
- Excellent communication skills and a confident, client-facing approach
- A team player who thrives in a high-performing, collegiate environment
- Someone ready to hit the ground running and make a real contribution
