Construction Litigation Solicitor – 12-Month FTC

Our client, a leading Top 100 UK law firm is seeking a 10+ PQE Construction Litigation Solicitor on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This is a rare opportunity to join a highly regarded disputes team, acting for a major telecoms client on a portfolio of contentious matters.

The role will focus on disputes arising from the installation and maintenance of telecoms infrastructure, including issues relating to the digging and laying of cables. You will be responsible for running matters independently, with support from a collaborative and well-established team.

Key Requirements:

  • Minimum 10 years’ post-qualification experience in construction litigation.
  • Strong working knowledge of the adjudication process, with experience managing adjudications from start to finish.
  • Ability to handle complex disputes with minimal supervision.
  • Experience in telecoms or infrastructure sectors is advantageous but not essential.
  • Excellent drafting, negotiation and client-handling skills.
