As a Construction Litigation lawyer in this team, you will:
- Advise clients on project management and dispute resolution.
- Draft effective submissions and respond to issues raised by counterparties and adjudicators.
- Attend hearings and manage adjudication processes for national projects.
- Handle court proceedings, from interim applications to full hearings and international arbitration.
- Advocate for alternative dispute resolution (ADR) methods, including mediation, early neutral evaluation, and expert determination.
