Antitrust/Competition Associate (1-5PQE) – US Firm – London

We are currently working with a leading US firm in London who are looking to hire an Associate into their market leading Competition practice in London.

The Firm

Our client is one of the most established US firms in London, having consistently grown their offices over the past 30 years with strategic hires across various practice areas. They are the go-to law firm for industry giants and have impressive client base in London.

The Team / Role

Recognized as a market leader in competition, the team advise clients on some of the most high-profile merger and behavioural matters before the CMA, European Commission & complex litigation. This will include:

* Advise on UK and EU merger control, cartel investigations, and abuse of dominance matters.

* Draft and review submissions to competition authorities and regulatory bodies.

* Support clients through CMA and EC merger reviews, including Phase II investigations.

* Assist in competition litigation before the CAT and High Court.

* Collaborate with cross-border teams on multi-jurisdictional matters.

* Provide strategic antitrust advice on commercial agreements and compliance.
