Commercial Real Estate Associate
We’re currently partnering with a leading national law firm with a strong international presence, seeking to expand its core Commercial Real Estate practice. Following the recent strategic hire of two partners from a top-tier firm, the team is now looking to recruit an additional Associate to support continued growth.
The team advises a diverse client base including developers, investors, lenders, and corporate occupiers on a wide range of matters such as acquisitions and disposals, landlord and tenant issues, portfolio management, and development projects. Their work spans various asset classes including offices, retail, hotels, and leisure.
Key Requirements:
- Qualified Solicitor with 2-4 years’ PQE
- Broad commercial property experience, with strong landlord and tenant expertise
- Eagerness to develop both technical and commercial skills
- Commercial acumen and enthusiasm for networking and business development
- A collaborative and team-oriented mindset
