Our client, a well-regarded asset management company specialising in blockchain and digital assets, is currently in an exciting phase of expansion. The legal team, alongside the broader leadership, boasts an outstanding reputation coming from top-tier law firms, investment banks, and leading financial institutions.

Embracing a culture that cherishes collaboration, creativity, and continual learning, they are seeking a lawyer keen to leave a lasting mark in a rapidly evolving industry, collaborating with esteemed professionals in the market.

The successful candidate will report directly to the Head of Legal, who in turn reports to the board. They must possess a strong corporate background with ideally experience in corporate governance and fundraising. They will also have the opportunity to diversify into other areas including commercial contracts, employment law, litigation, fundraising, tax and legal operations.

While experience in blockchain and digital assets is advantageous, a genuine enthusiasm for emerging technologies and a willingness to contribute to a startup/scale-up environment take precedence.
