Tobias joined Taylor Root to build up and expand the Amsterdam office for the Netherlands, Belgium and Luxembourg and is a specialist in recruiting in-house (senior) legal and compliance professionals. After a successful period being based in Frankfurt to focus on banking and financial services legal recruitment, Tobias returned to the Amsterdam office where he continues to support his clients in the commerce and industry, banking and financial services sectors. He works with clients across a variety of sectors including FMCG, retail, (renewable) energy, chemicals, banking and logistics.

Tobias has an LLM from Leiden University and began his career in legal recruitment in 2014. Before joining Taylor Root, he worked for another global recruitment firm, where he recruited legal professionals at all levels across various industries.
