Tobias is a specialist in recruiting in-house (senior) legal and compliance professionals across continental Europe. He and his team work with businesses across a variety of sectors including FMCG, manufacturing, (renewable) energy, chemicals, financial services and logistics.

After graduating with an LLM from Leiden University, Tobias began his legal recruitment career at a global recruitment firm in 2014. He then joined Taylor Root in 2019, building and expanding his team to support the Netherlands, Belgium and Luxembourg. He also spent time in Frankfurt, supporting businesses in the DACH and Nordic regions.
