Tom is part of our risk and compliance team in London and is an expert in ESG, sustainability, climate and carbon recruitment. Tom focuses on permanent roles at all levels from analyst to Heads of, concentrating on placements in the UK, EU and US across the financial services, insurance, real estate, corporate and commercial sectors. Prior to joining Taylor Root, Tom spent two years growing an ESG and sustainability recruitment practice within the UK, EU and US real estate markets. Before changing careers to recruitment in 2022, Tom spent 13 years leading sales teams within the global luxury travel industry.
