Remote Mid-level Privacy and Product Counsel
Our client is an international organization looking for a mid-level privacy and product counsel. Privacy experience is vital while product experience is preferred, but not a dealbreaker.
The ideal candidate would feel comfortable navigating uncertainty in regulations and be able to assess risks and provide practical guidance. The team supports business operations worldwide and does not rely on region-specific specialists. It’s important for this individual to have experience with multiple regulatory frameworks as well as cross-border exposure. Comfortability handling international privacy compliance challenges is vital. Privacy certifications are preferred and any experience with HIPAA/HITECH is a plus.
This role is remote with a slight preference for candidates in the east coast time zone as it reports into their global head of privacy, but please feel free to apply even if you are located on the west coast if you have appropriate experience.
