Trademark Attorney – International Law Firm – London

Taylor Root have recently been instructed on a new Trade Mark Attorney role with a leading international law firm. This role will be based in the firms London office and is being offered on a permanent basis.

The Firm

Currently working with over 40 of the Fortune 100 and nearly 60% of the world’s leading Innovative companies the firm service clients ranging from large corporates to start ups.

The Team

The firm’s Trade Marks team have a strong media, entertainment, retail, consumer, tourism, travel and sports focus. The team provide clients with advice on prosecution matters and portfolio management, as wells as registrations. This team is currently sat in Tier 1 on the Legal 500.

The Role

You role will include assisting the team on overseeing the management of numerous international trade mark portfolios, working closely with clients to ensure their brand protection. You will also have to opportunity to working on launching of new brands and the expansion of existing brands globally.

The Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate will have 1 – 5 years PQE and have recent and relevant private practice or PATMA firm experience working in a leading Trade Mark team.
