A well-regarded national law firm is seeking a Senior Associate to join its Real Estate team, based in either Swindon or Oxford. This is a fantastic opportunity for a real estate solicitor (7+ PQE) to step into a senior role within a dynamic and supportive environment. The position centres on commercial real estate matters, with a particular focus on real estate disputes.

You’ll be instrumental in driving the growth of the department, mentoring junior colleagues, and delivering high-quality legal advice to a varied client base. The role requires strong technical expertise, excellent client relationship skills, and a proactive approach to business development. You’ll also support the Head of Department in delivering the wider business strategy.
