M&A/PE Lawyer – Investment Fund

We are thrilled to partner again with a leading asset manager on their search for a transactional counsel in Sydney.

You will have 5+ years PQE in M&A, Private Equity and/or Corporate real estate deals, and have experience at a top-tier law firm and/or investment fund.

You will be able to negotiate transactional documents with limited supervision, work closely with the business teams, and be able to advise portfolio companies on general corporate matters.

You’ll have experience working for major companies on large-scale and significant transactions and be excited to work in this fast-paced and driven organisation on some of the best deals in the market.
