We are working with a dynamic organisation that provides innovative funding solutions. With a track record of facilitating funding, our client specialises in supporting businesses traditionally underserved by lenders.

Role Summary:

As part of their team, you will provide crucial legal support, focusing on transactional advice, contract negotiation, and relationship management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide legal advice on transactions.
• Draft agreements.
• Manage client relationships.
• Offer guidance on contracts and policies.

Candidate:

• Solicitor with over 2 years of PQE.
• Experience in banking, finance, commercial, and corporate law.
• Excellent communication and commercial skills.
