Contract: FTC or Day Rate | Duration: Up to 6 Months | Start: Immediate or Short Notice

Our client, a leading international City law firm is seeking a talented Derivatives Solicitor to provide senior-level support within a market-leading team, advising on complex and high-value derivatives and structured finance matters.

This is a rare opportunity to join a globally recognised practice, working at the forefront of financial markets law. You’ll be stepping into a critical interim position, supporting the team during a key transition period as they recruit for a permanent hire.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience Level: Senior preferred, but strong mid-level candidates will be considered.
  • Expertise: Solid background in derivatives is essential. Experience with linked hedging or structured products (e.g., repacks) is highly desirable.
  • Not Required: This is not an ISDA negotiator role.
  • Availability: Immediate or short notice availability is key.

What’s on Offer:

  • Work alongside a highly respected team on cutting-edge transactions.
  • Flexible engagement: FTC or day rate options available at competitive market rates.
  • A dynamic, collaborative environment within a global powerhouse.
