Our client, an elite US law firm in London, renowned for its global presence and exceptional legal services, is seeking a Finance Paralegal to join their London office on a permanent basis.

The Role: As a Finance Paralegal, your responsibilities will include transactional support such as document preparation, managing transaction logistics, and liaising with clients and local counsel. Additionally, you’ll provide general support to the team, including assisting with precedent documents, client onboarding procedures, and billing processes.

The ideal candidate must have previous experience working as a banking & finance paralegal at a Top 50 firm, possess excellent communication and drafting skills, a proactive work ethic, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
