Tax Solicitor – 6-Month Temp/FTC | 5+ PQE | London
Our client, a leading Top 50 City law firm is seeking a Tax Solicitor (5+ PQE) on an interim basis initially for 6-months.
The Opportunity
This is a chance to work on a wide range of complex and high-value matters, advising a diverse client base that includes UK and multinational corporates, investment funds, real estate businesses, and high-net-worth individuals.
You’ll be part of a collaborative, commercially focused team delivering tailored tax solutions across a variety of sectors and transaction types.
Key Areas of Work
- Mergers, acquisitions, disposals, and corporate restructurings
- Private equity transactions and fund structuring
- VAT, SDLT, and stamp duty reserve tax
- Employment-related tax matters, including share schemes and personal tax planning
- Cross-border tax advisory in collaboration with international counsel
What We’re Looking For
- England & Wales qualified solicitor with 5+ years‘ post-qualification experience in tax
- Strong technical expertise and commercial acumen
- Proven experience advising on transactional and advisory tax matters
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
