We are excited to present a fantastic opportunity for a talented Senior Associate to join a dynamic and highly regarded Commercial Law team within a national law firm. This is your chance to work alongside a collaborative and forward-thinking team, advising on complex corporate and commercial matters across a diverse range of industries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage M&A transactions ranging from $5 million to $150 million across sectors such as automotive, manufacturing, and healthcare.
- Advise clients on a broad spectrum of corporate and commercial matters, including corporate structures, restructures, capital raising, and governance.
- Draft and negotiate commercial contracts and stakeholder agreements tailored to client needs.
- Mentor and support junior lawyers while working closely with senior leaders to deliver strategic legal solutions.
- Contribute to business development initiatives and foster strong client relationships.
The Ideal Candidate:
- 6+ years of post-admission experience in corporate and commercial law, with a strong focus on M&A.
- Proven ability to manage complex transactions and provide commercially astute legal advice.
- Exceptional communication and drafting skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- A proactive and collaborative mindset, with a passion for mentoring and team development.
- A strong interest in client engagement and identifying new business opportunities.
