Paralegal (commercial)

Our client, a leading technology company, is seeking a tenacious and driven Paralegal to join its dynamic team. This role offers a rare and exciting opportunity to contribute to high-impact work within a growing and innovative business.

About the role

You will work on a broad range of legal matters and provide vital commercially focused legal support within a dynamic team and be actively involved with drafting and reviewing a variety of legal documents. Responsibilities will include:

• Reviewing and drafting commercial contracts and other legal documents.
• Supporting matters relating to Data Protection/Privacy, Advertising, Trade Marks/Patents and Employment/HR.
• Overseeing supplier procurement policies.
• Assisting in developing, implementing and maintaining internal legal policies.

About you

• You will be a driven individual who is capable of working within a growth environment.
• Strong commercial contracts experience is essential.
• Ad tech and privacy experience is advantageous.
• The role will best suit someone who has not yet taken steps towards the SQE and is looking to expand their skillset with a path to progression.
