The role will involve advising on the full range of IPRs, trademarks, designs and copyright issues, including litigation.

The ideal candidate will be an NQ Solicitor/ Trainee qualifying in January with IP experience in the IP/Technology team of a commercial law firm. Experience handling IP litigation would be a bonus.
