Mid-Level REF | US Firm

Although always interested in top-quality Associates, this team now has a particular need for a 4-5PQE Associate to join their real estate finance practice.

This role sists at the heart of the firm’s real estate sector offering, which is recognized firmwide and globally as a core strength; particularly for their dual-side expertise in acting for both lenders and borrowers. The team is led by ranked & recommended Partners (L500 & Chamber), for their work across investment and development financings, portfolio transactions, and senior/mezzanine debt structures; with particular strength in student accommodation, BTR, logistics and office sectors for high-profile clients.

Although UK Qualified Associates are strongly preferred with 5-6 years of post-qualified experience, the team is also open to reviewing common-law Qualified Associates with the appropriate PQE discount. Experience in a top-ranked REF practice is required and preferably acting for both lenders and borrowers.
