The role will involve defending the interests of hospitals, practitioners and laboratory service providers in medical negligence litigation before the Circuit, High and Supreme Courts. The team also advises clients on clinical governance, risk management strategies, regulatory compliance and accreditation, professional discipline and general medical legal advice.

Solicitors with 0-3 years PQE in clinical negligence defence at a reputable firm will be considered for the role.
