A Top 100 UK law firm is seeking a talented Dispute Resolution specialist to join its team as a Partner, based in either Oxford or Swindon. This is an exciting opportunity to take on a senior leadership role within a highly respected practice, known for its expertise in complex, high-value disputes across a wide range of sectors.

The firm welcomes applications from both established partners and senior lawyers ready to step up into partnership. You will have significant experience in commercial litigation-ideally including corporate, shareholder, and partnership disputes-and bring a modest following or strong client relationships. A commercial mindset, leadership capability, and a desire to help grow the team’s regional presence are essential.
