We are excited to offer an exciting opportunity for a talented Associate or Senior Associate to join a dynamic and highly regarded Restructuring & Insolvency team within a leading national law firm. This is your chance to work on complex, high-stakes matters alongside a collaborative and experienced team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Advise clients on a broad range of restructuring and insolvency matters, including corporate insolvency, bankruptcy, securities enforcement, and commercial litigation.
  • Act for insolvency practitioners, secured lenders, directors, and creditors in all aspects of external administrations and restructures.
  • Manage files with autonomy while collaborating with senior lawyers and mentoring junior team members.
  • Represent clients in court proceedings and advise on asset realisation strategies and debt recovery.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • 3+ years of post-admission experience in restructuring, insolvency, or commercial litigation.
  • Strong technical knowledge in corporate insolvency, bankruptcy, or financial recovery matters.
  • Excellent communication and drafting skills, with a keen eye for detail.
  • A proactive and organised approach, with the ability to manage competing priorities.
  • A team player who thrives in a collaborative environment and is passionate about mentoring and professional development.
