In-House/Asset Finance role – Aircraft Leasing

A leading commercial aircraft leasing company are looking to hire a Legal Counsel to join their growing Dublin office.

Responsibilities include drafting, reviewing, negotiation and project management of a wide range of Aircraft and Engine lease, purchase, sale, conversion, consignment, loan and finance transactions. The day to day operational matters include reviewing lessee requests, drafting lease amendments, advising on existing transaction documents, on deliveries and redeliveries, loan amendments, term sheet preparation for the sale, purchase, lease and/or finance of aircraft, approval of confidentiality agreements, review of insurances and letter of credit arrangements, etc.

The ideal candidate will have strong finance experience preferably with a focus on aircraft finance and leasing but those with a background in general banking or other asset finance experience will be considered.
