Our client, an elite US law firm to recruit a talented Corporate Associate (2-5 PQE) into its London office. This is a rare opportunity to join a globally recognised team advising on high-value, complex transactions across a range of sectors.
The firm is known for its excellence in cross-border M&A, private equity, and public company work, and offers a highly collegiate environment where associates are given early responsibility, direct client exposure, and access to some of the most sophisticated deals in the market.
The successful candidate will have a strong track record in corporate transactions, ideally with experience in public M&A. Exposure to energy sector clients or commercially sophisticated financial institutions such as investment banks, hedge funds, and institutional investors is highly desirable.
Candidate Profile
- 2-5 years‘ post-qualification experience in corporate law
- Ideally trained at a Magic Circle or elite US City law firm
- Strong academic background and excellent communication skills
- Commercially minded with a genuine interest in complex transactional work
