Key Responsibilities
- Review and analyse complex conflict reports
- Advise on conflict resolution strategies and appropriate actions
- Collaborate with fee-earners to resolve conflicts efficiently
- Provide conflict-related guidance on lateral hires
- Identify strategic conflicts across client types and workstreams
- Develop and implement conflict management policies and procedures
- Ensure compliance with relevant legal and regulatory standards
Required Skills and Experience
- Qualified lawyer with approximately 2-5 years‘ post-qualification experience in conflict resolution
- Strong understanding of professional conduct rule
- Experience with Intapp Conflicts software is desirable but not essential
