Senior Investment Analyst, REIT
A global real estate private equity firm is seeking a highly motivated Senior Investment Analyst to join its New York-based investments team. The firm specializes in equity recapitalizations, partner buyouts, and secondary transactions across institutional-grade properties in the U.S., U.K., and Europe.

Responsibilities:
- Analyze and report financial performance of existing investments
- Collaborate with senior management on investment strategy and asset valuations
- Support underwriting of financing and disposition transactions
- Build financial models and conduct sensitivity analyses
- Develop working knowledge of assets including leasing, budgeting, and waterfall structures
- Participate in site visits and market inspections
- Contribute to ad hoc projects across the investment platform
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of experience in private equity, investment banking, or a related financial field
- Strong academic background in finance, economics, or real estate from a top-tier undergraduate program
- Advanced Excel skills; familiarity with Argus and other financial tools preferred
- Demonstrated interest in real estate and investment management
- Willingness to travel and work extended hours when needed
- Strong communication skills and ability to thrive in both independent and team settings
