About the Role
Our client is seeking a Real Estate Lawyer with 1-5 years‘ PQE, ideally gained at a well-regarded regional or City firm. The successful candidate will manage a varied caseload with minimal supervision and support the wider team across multiple workstreams.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality legal advice and client service
- Manage financial aspects of matters, including time recording and billing
- Contribute to business development and client retention
- Maintain up-to-date technical knowledge and professional standards
- Demonstrate strong commercial awareness and industry insight
- Use case management systems and Microsoft Office confidently
- Work collaboratively and uphold the firm’s values
Candidate Profile
- Strong experience in commercial property law
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated, flexible, and team-oriented
- Commercially astute with a client-focused approach
