Responsibilities:
As a key member of the real estate team, you will be responsible for handling a diverse caseload of development projects and routine commercial property work.

Your role will include, but is not limited to:

– Managing and advising on real estate transactions, including development projects from inception to completion.
– Providing expert legal advice on commercial property matters.
– Conducting due diligence, drafting and negotiating contracts, and handling land acquisitions and disposals.
– Building and maintaining strong client relationships.

To be successful in this role, you should possess:

– A minimum of 5 PQE as a real estate solicitor.
– Strong knowledge of development work and commercial property law.
– Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
– The ability to manage a varied caseload efficiently and supervise junior lawyers.
