Our client, a Top 10 City law firm has an excellent opportunity for an Interim Structured Finance / Securitisation Solicitor to join their highly regarded structured debt team which sits in the wider real estate finance team.
This is an exceptional opportunity to join a specialist practice working on high‑quality structured finance matters, where an experienced interim can quickly become a valued part of the team.
The Role:
The position will be predominantly drafting‑focused, with exposure to:

Securitisation and asset‑backed finance
-
Real estate loan finance
-
Structured debt and structured products
You’ll be supporting live transactions and working closely with senior lawyers on technically interesting documentation.
About You:

Qualified Solicitor with at least 2+ years‘ PQE (no maximum PQE)

Solid experience in structured finance and/or securitisation
-
Comfortable working with transaction documents and contributing from an early stage
Private practice experience is preferred, though candidates from an in‑house background will be considered if they can demonstrate recent, hands‑on drafting experience.
