Our client, a leading Silver Circle City law firm, is seeking a talented Senior or Managing Associate to join their award-winning Real Estate team in London. The Role

You will be immersed in a broad range of high-value transactional real estate work, including:

• Investment and development projects
• Acquisitions and disposals

• Real estate finance and restructuring

You’ll work closely with a dynamic team of partners, associates, and trainees, and play a key role in managing client relationships, mentoring junior lawyers, and contributing to the strategic growth of the practice.

The succeful individual is likely to have:

• Strong academic background and qualification to practise in England & Wales
• 5+ post-qualification experience in transactional real estate, ideally at Senior or Managing Associate level
• Proven expertise across investment, development, acquisitions, and disposals
• Excellent drafting, negotiation, and project management skills
• Commercial acumen and a proactive, client-focused approach
