What you’ll be doing:

• Drafting a wide array of commercial contracts, usually with a technology element to the work.
• Meeting the legal needs of internal business units and keeping projects aligned and on track.
• Liaising with outside counsel as well as external third parties or joint venture clients.
• Refining workstreams, creating efficiency and aligning any compliance and regulatory needs.

Who you’ll likely need to be, in order to succeed:

Whilst there is a degree of flexibility, there are some core guidelines that make the backbone of the client expectations:

• It’s essential that you have business level English and Arabic drafting and communication skills.
• This is a junior to mid-level role, with an expected experience level of around 2-5 years of PQE.
• You’ll need a generalist commercial contracts skill set but be smart enough to adapt and figure things out.
• Any slant towards technology work will be a huge advantage.
