Construction Litigation Solicitor | 6+ PQE | 12‑month FTC | London
Our client, a Top 100 national law firm with a strong London presence is seeking an experienced Construction Litigation Solicitor to join its established team on a 12‑month fixed‑term contract.
This role offers the opportunity to work on complex, high‑value construction and engineering disputes, supporting clients across both the public and private sectors. You will work closely with a leading partner, advising on dispute strategy, risk management and resolution throughout the life of major projects.
The practice has a busy disputes workload, with matters involving adjudication, TCC litigation, arbitration and ADR, and regular advice under JCT, NEC and other industry‑standard forms, as well as bespoke contracts.
The role:
- Acting on construction disputes and potential disputes
- Advising on live projects and dispute avoidance strategies
- Working across adjudication, litigation and arbitration
- Supporting a wide range of clients including education bodies, local authorities, NHS organisations, developers, funders, contractors and consultants

The successful candidate:
- Qualified Solicitor with ideally 6+ years‘ PQE gained at a City, national or strong regional firm
- Solid experience in construction disputes
- Familiarity with standard form construction contracts
- Exposure to ADR processes
