Joyce leads the European department at Taylor Root. She started her recruitment career while studying law at the University of Leiden, taking her first steps at an executive search firm in The Hague. That experience sparked a journey that’s now spanned over two decades, focusing on legal and executive search. She specialises in recruitment of top candidates both in private practice and inhouse across different industries.
