Aleea is a specialist legal recruiter with extensive experience placing in‑house lawyers within the financial services sector. Based in Taylor Root’s London office, she partners with leading institutions to secure high‑performing legal talent that underpins strategic, regulatory and commercial priorities.

Working exclusively in financial services, Aleea recruits across banks, asset managers, hedge funds, private equity, insurance and reinsurance, brokers, payments and fintech, digital assets, clearing houses, exchanges, trading platforms, pension funds and venture capital funds, delivering talent from Legal Counsel through to General Counsel.

A former Finance Solicitor with over a decade in practice and experience across asset and corporate finance transactions, advising banks, lenders and financial institutions on complex funding arrangements, and with a recruitment career that began in New York in 2017, she brings rare, dual‑perspective insight that helps clients hire with confidence and lawyers navigate their careers with clarity.
