Knowledge Development Lawyer – Employment – City firm – London

We are looking for a Knowledge Development Lawyer (KDL) to join a leading Employment practice within an international law firm. This is a great opportunity to shape the team’s knowledge strategy, support fee earners, and contribute to thought leadership across a wide range of employment law issues.

⭐ What You’ll Do

• Keep the team at the forefront of legal developments, delivering training, updates and guidance

• Lead knowledge management, including know‑how meetings, precedents and internal systems

• Support legal research, using major online platforms and internal AI tools

• Develop and maintain precedents and clause libraries

• Horizon scan to identify emerging trends and opportunities

• Contribute to client and business development, including drafting updates, preparing materials and supporting events

• Collaborate across the firm, including global knowledge teams and innovation specialists

• Champion new technologies, encouraging adoption of AI‑driven tools and improved working practices
