Key Responsibilities

  • Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of transactional documents, including NDAs, vendor agreements, and specialized infrastructure contracts
  • Think critically and creatively-this is not a box-checking role
  • Help shape scalable legal processes as the company continues to grow

  • Willing to work on-site in Austin and collaborate closely with operations and legal leadership
