A leading law firm is seeking a Senior Associate Property Lawyer (8+ PQE) to provide cover for an 8-9 month maternity leave. The role will involve advising and supporting a portfolio of clients, delivering high‑quality property law expertise, and maintaining strong relationships. While healthcare sector experience would be an advantage, candidates with a solid property background from any sector will be considered.

This opportunity is available across the firm’s Birmingham, Bristol, and Leeds offices, offering flexibility for the right candidate. The successful applicant will be confident at Senior Associate level, able to work independently, and committed to providing pragmatic, client‑focused solutions.
