Our client, an elite US City law firm is seeking a talented Private Credit Associate (3-5 PQE) to join its high-performing London Finance team. The Role
You’ll work across a broad spectrum of financing matters, including:
- Unitranche, SSRCF, mezzanine, and PIK structures
- Direct lending and special situations
- Fund-level and structured finance
- Syndicated loans and capital markets
- Distressed lending and restructuring

What We’re Looking For
- Qualified Solicitor with 3-5 PQE from a leading US, Magic Circle, or Silver Circle law firm
- Prior experience in one or more of the relevant workstreams, and be passionate about developing a well rounded practice
- Strong technical skills across a range of finance transactions
- Commercial acumen and a client-first mindset
- Enthusiasm for special situations and complex deal structuring
- A proactive, collaborative approach to execution
