Our client one of the top firms in the Irish market is looking to expand their Corporate M&A team by hiring a recently qualified Corporate Solicitor.
The team advise clients on the full range of public and private transactions, private equity transactions, fundraisings, strategic joint ventures, migrations, divestments, spin-outs, reorganisations and corporate compliance and governance issues.
The ideal candidate will have 0-3 years PQE in the Corporate team at a reputable firm and has strong academics.
